Gym Dance

• Gym Dance – Under 12 years (5–12 members per team)

• 2 Coaches for 5 to 8 Gymnasts
• 3 coaches for 9 or more gymnasts

For RGI Age Group

• Individual All-Around (IAA) Top 8 awarded
• Individual Apparatus (IAF) Top 8 awarded
• Team Final – Top 5 Teams awarded (3 gymnasts per team)
• All gymnasts will receive a certificate and a gift for participation.

The entry fee for this event

Note:

• No late registrations after this date will be accepted.
• Any charge to registrations after confirmation to competition will incur an administration fee of USD 20 per change.

• Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Thailand Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Thailand.
• The organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, if the request is made before 7th of April 2025.
• The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the delegation member as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to.

• The local Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation, and the like.
• All participating clubs and federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their delegation.

• An invoice will be sent to the club/Individuals after we have received your
  registration form with our payment details.
• Payment by online bank transfer only.

The participating federation is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers.

• Cancellations or changes in the delegation must be notified to the LOC before 30^th March 2025.
• Afterward, all costs must be paid, with no reimbursement.

Music submission to be done online with MP3 format only before

• All Participants must handle all accommodation/Travel and Meals by themselves.
